Hi Debby,

If you have the willpower to quit on your own, then there are some measures that you can take to ease the withdrawels. I receive all my information off of a few internet boards that people explain in detail the process. A few things would be immodium for stomach cramps, hot baths for muscle pains, ibuprophen for aches and they also say exercise for the restless legs. If I were you I would "Google" this herb called kratom. So many claim that is has helped, and "Suboxone". This is a drug that you would need to see a physician on. They prescribe it and it supposedly cuts withdrawels completely out. I am not doing so well with trying to taper on my own. I am going on vacation March 22-April 2 and am going to phone a physician regarding "Suboxone" for myself. I want to quit more than anything.
