 Someone please help

I am a married mother of three beautiful kids who can't make it through the day without taking 10-15 Lortabs. I get 100 pills a month from my doctor and they don't even last two weeks so then I am calling around trying to purchase them from anyone I can find. My husband knows a little bit about my addiction but not the full scope of it and I am so afraid that he would leave me if he ever found out due to all the dishonesty that has been involved with taking and purchasing these pills. I only have about 8 pills left and am in a major panic to find some more. Is it possible to wean off the pills? If so, what is the best way to do it? I have no family close by to help with the children so I can't check myself into rehab. I want to do this myself if possible. Any advice anyone can give me would be so appreciated! I work part time at our church and don't want anyone to know about this.
