On February 7th, Mark Victor Hansen (you
may recognize his name, he's the co-author of the Chicken
Soup for the Soul book series) and I visited the neo-natal
ward at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles. There we taped
a PSA for the March of Dimes WalkAmerica event.
It was a very moving experience for me when
I cradled the tiny babies in my arms. They are a perfect example
of why it is so very important that you take care of
yourself before and during your pregnancy, so that you can
have a healthy, fully developed baby. The March of Dimes is
an outstanding organization that has spread the word about
the importance of prenatal care. If you would like more
