Hello my friends-

Well today is day #19 in my recovery from my addiction to pain pills. I feel so incredible! My energy level is awesome. My thoughts are crystal clear and my heart is pumping with powerful clean blood! What a miracle to be off of all chemicals! The say the Benzodiazepines and the Opiates stay in your system for up to three weeks, so I have two more days to go! Life is beautiful!!!!

I want to thank you all so much for your incredibly heart-felt and moving emails. I am reading all of them. I am so amazed at your honesty, your admissions of having the same problems, and your willingness to share with me your feelings.

I send my biggest love to all of you.

I am so lucky to be surrounded by my friends and comrades at ONEWOLRDLIVE. Liz Edlic, Rachel Edlich, Todd Kesselman, Alejandra Cespedes, Olwen Turtle, and everyone else at our beautiful and loving company have been true friends and so supportive. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

To all of you out there in our beautiful world I send the serenity prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference…

And also I send a huge wave of gratitude to Bob Proctor who has held my hand through all of this and been there for me 24/7!
